400 ideas for the community, in less than 10 minutes

We all enjoyed our first Community Coach event together on Saturday the 22nd June.

Coaches met Andy and the team and got to practise their coaching on each other. They got to meet who else lived in their community who wants to make a difference and by the end of the day we had all collectively generated 400 possible ideas to take forward in the projects in and around Leicestershire.

We are holding these special events every 3 months so come and join us for the next one. Sign up now as a Community Coach if you want to make a difference in your home, workplace or community.

Happy New Year

2013 was a great year for Think Leicestershire. We recruited and trained over 250  Coaches and Thinking Action Group Leaders, launched Difference Makers and helped countless people solve problems and generate great ideas.

Think Leicestershire would like to thank everyone who has helped make a difference throughout the year – especially our Coaches, TAGs and partner organisations, without whom the project would not have helped so many.

2014 will be another huge year for the project, with some big changes afoot that will help ensure the free support and training is focused on those within our local communities who need it the most. Future editions of E-News will explain this further so watch this space for exciting developments over the next 12 months

Thanks again and keep making a difference…
